You have an active store on TPT.

This workshop is all about numbers, so you are going to need a data history to pull this off. If you've been selling for less than six months and have fewer than 50 resources, hold off for a while. Focus on building your inventory!

You understand the importance of data-informed decision making.

You have come to the realization that data carries a story that requires a response.

You use data but don't take full advantage of all the tools we have on TPT.

You might need a system to latch on to.

You're a little intimidated by data.

Numbers are really not your thing, but you know you need to get a grip on them.

You're a VA tasked with analyzing data.

You might work with a seller who doesn't have any desire to dig into data, so it's on you.

You are NOT already in the Your Data Playbook membership.

If you're in YDP and just want to understand the numbers behind the recommendations, you are certainly welcome, but much of the content may be redundant. I will be teaching manual number crunching, but the tools you have automate the work.

What on earth are we doing for four hours?

A LOT.

We're going to look at your dashboard, your traffic page, your statistics page, and your sales page in order to FIND MONEY.

I'll teach you about filters, ratios, calculators, and optimizing. We'll have a workbook and a private Facebook group (that will stay up for five days following the workshop).

You will leave the workshop with the knowledge and skills to stop the leaks and prioritize your efforts.

We'll deal with these 11 questions:

  • What is my time worth?
  • What four products should I feature?
  • How well do I bring a buyer from search to purchase?
  • How do I know what to prioritize as I optimize?
  • What is a good conversion rate?
  • When should I tinker with prices?
  • What data red flags should I look for?
  • How do I compensate for a loss in pageviews?
  • How do I know if my optimization attempts are working?
  • Where do I put my marketing efforts?
  • What kind of time should I allocate to data analysis and response?
